Who we are

NativOps is an IT projects and solutions provider and the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy at hello@nativops.net.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the details you enter — your email address, and optionally your name, company, and message — together with a record that you agreed to this policy and when.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the services you ask for. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we process your contact-form data on the basis of your consent, and our server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure site. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Sharing & processors

We share your data only with the service providers that help us run the site, measure its use, and reply to you — for example hosting, Google Analytics, and email — and only as needed. We do not embed third-party advertising or social-media trackers.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, or as required by law, and then delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict our use of it. To exercise any of these, email hello@nativops.net and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics (a Google service) to understand how visitors use it — but only if you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner. When enabled, it sets cookies and sends usage data — such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type — to Google, which processes it on our behalf; IP addresses are used for approximate location and are not retained by Google Analytics. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie preferences" in the footer, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Security & changes

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect your data. We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
